Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Austria, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, Google Maps maintained strong performance with weekly downloads peaking at around 6.6K in mid-July. Despite a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter, active users consistently hovered around 1.1M.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a peak in weekly downloads at approximately 2.2K in early August. Active users saw fluctuations, starting at 36.4K and reaching a high of 57K before settling around 39.7K by the end of September.

Google Earth showed steady weekly downloads, mostly stable around 1.5K. Active users peaked at 45.1K in late July but declined to 31.5K by quarter's end.

The Austrian app ÖAMTC had its highest downloads of 2K at the start of July. Active users started at 15.2K, increasing to 20.2K mid-quarter before tapering off to 11.2K.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS generated notable revenue, peaking at $5.9K in mid-July. Downloads were highest in early August at 1.4K, while active users reached 16.1K before declining to 8.3K.
